Our team arrives 1–2 hours before your event to set up. Guests simply step onto the platform, strike a pose, and our rotating camera does the rest! Videos are automatically edited with effects, overlays, and music, and can be shared instantly via QR code or link.
Most bookings are from 2 hours onwards, but we can customize packages for shorter or longer events. Need all-day coverage or multi-day hire? We can tailor a quote to suit your event schedule.

Prices vary depending on the location, duration, and package. Our 360 booth packages typically start from £279, with add-ons available for branding, props, and custom editing. Contact us for a personalized quote — we’ll tailor it to your event size and needs.
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 days before the event. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
We need:
A minimum space of 3m x 3m
Access to 1 standard 13A plug socket
A level surface (indoors or covered outdoor space)

Yes! As long as the area is flat, covered, and protected from wind and rain. If you’re planning an outdoor setup, let us know in advance so we can prepare appropriate equipment.
Absolutely! We offer custom overlays, branded intros/outros, and logo animations — perfect for corporate events or brand activations. Send us your logo and we’ll create a fully branded experience.
Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll always do our best to reschedule your booking if possible. Changes must be requested at least 14 days before the event. Full terms are available in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes by using our booth, you grant Memories 360 the right to use event photos and videos for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please email info@mymemories360.com before or after your event.
Guests can scan a QR code or receive a link to download and share their videos instantly. You’ll also receive a full gallery of all event videos after the event for your records or sharing.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date especially for weekends, weddings, and holiday periods. However, we sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, so always check availability!
