BOOKING AGREEMENT & SERVICE TERMS

and the Client who makes the booking (“the Client”, “you”, “your”).

By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

We will provide photo booth and/or 360 video booth services (“the Services”) as detailed in the booking confirmation, including equipment setup, photo/video capture, and delivery of digital or printed outputs where applicable.

2. FEES & PAYMENT

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 days before the event date.

  • Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. EVENT REQUIREMENTS

The Client must ensure:

  • Safe and suitable space is provided for booth setup.

  • Access to the venue is available at least 60 minutes prior to the event start.

  • A working power supply and flat surface are available.

If setup cannot be completed due to venue restrictions or Client instructions, payment is still due in full.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MEDIA RIGHTS

By engaging our Services and by participating in the booth, the Client and all guests grant Memories 360 and UMIRIN Ltd the full and unrestricted rights to:

  • Capture photographs, videos, audio and similar media

  • Use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display and commercially exploit such media

  • In any format, including but not limited to: websites, social media, printed and digital marketing, promotional materials, advertising, and business portfolios.

This permission is granted worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocably, and indefinitely, without need for further consent or payment.

Opt-Out Requests

If any individual wishes to request media removal after the event, they may contact us via [Insert Contact Email]. We will remove the media where feasible and reasonable but are not obligated to recall or retract media already distributed.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR GUEST CONSENT

The Client accepts full responsibility for informing guests that:

  • Photography and/or videography will take place.

  • Participating in the booth constitutes consent to being photographed/filmed.

  • Resulting media may be used for commercial and promotional purposes.

The Client agrees to:

  • Communicate this in advance of the event and

  • Allow us to display visible signage on-site notifying guests.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Memories 360 / UMIRIN Ltd from any claims, complaints, or disputes made by attendees regarding media usage where the Client failed to provide appropriate notice.

6. LIABILITY

  • We are not liable for venue restrictions or equipment interference caused by third parties.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather, restricted access, or venue staff issues.

  • In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil the booking (illness, equipment failure, emergency), liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

7. CANCELLATION

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event require payment of the full remaining balance.

  • Postponements may be accommodated subject to availability.

8. DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at [Insert Website URL]).

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
