These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the agreement between Memories 360, a trading name of UMIRIN Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the person or organization making the booking (“you”, “your”, “the Client”).

By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

• “Services” refers to our photo booth, 360 video booth, and any related services.

• “Event” refers to the date, time, and location provided in your booking.

• “Media” refers to photos, videos, audio recordings, and similar content produced during the Event.

2. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only once a deposit has been paid.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

• The person making the booking confirms they are authorized to do so on behalf of the Client (if applicable).

3. Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 days before the Event.

• If payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

4. Cancellation & Postponement

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If cancelled within 30 days of the Event, the full balance is payable.

• Postponements are permitted subject to availability; pricing may be adjusted if rates have changed.

5. Event Requirements

The Client must ensure:

• The venue allows photography, videography, lighting and sound equipment.

• Adequate space is provided (minimum recommended area: 3m x 3m).

• Access to a standard 13A power supply.

• Suitable and safe operating conditions (including weather protection for outdoor events).

If conditions are unsafe, we may cease operation without refund.

6. Equipment and Damage

• Our equipment must not be moved or handled by anyone other than our staff.

• Any deliberate damage caused by guests or third parties will be charged to the Client.

7. Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for:

• Power outages

• Venue restrictions

• Event delays or schedule changes

• Guest behaviour affecting service

If we are unable to deliver the service due to factors beyond our control, no refunds will be provided.

If we are unable to fulfil the booking due to illness, emergency or equipment failure, our liability is limited to a full refund of all amounts paid.

8. Media Rights & Usage

By using our Services, the Client and all participants acknowledge and agree that:

• Memories 360 / UMIRIN Ltd hold full rights to all photos and videos captured.

• We may use, reproduce, publish, and distribute the Media for marketing and promotional purposes, including:

  • Social media

  • Website content

  • Advertising

  • Business portfolios

This permission is worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable and perpetual.

Opt-Out Requests

If any individual wishes for media to be removed after publication, they may contact us at:

9. Client Responsibility for Guest Consent

The Client is responsible for:

• Informing guests that photography and videography will take place.

• Ensuring guests understand that participation implies consent.

• Allowing Memories 360 to display media consent signage at the Event.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Memories 360 / UMIRIN Ltd harmless from complaints or claims by guests regarding media usage.

10. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

• Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

11. Data Protection

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By booking our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
